COLOR & POLLED GUIDE Homozygous Black - All calves will be black if mated to a black or non-dilutor red cow.
Heterozygous Black - If mated to a non-dilutor red cow ½ the calves will be black and ½ will be red.
Homozygous Polled - All calves will be polled.
Heterozygous Polled - If mated to a horned cow ½ of the calves will be polled and ½ will be horned.
Non-Dilutor - If mated to a heterozygous black cow, ½ the calves will be black and ½ will be red. If mated to a homozygous black cow, all calves will be black.
Dilutor - If mated to black cow, you might get a grey calf.
