e have implemented a new platform called RoboTalker to streamline the notification process for iCheck notices received by agents for listing corrections. Using this semi- automated system, agents will receive a courtesy voice message via phone call, notifying them of an email from i Check. The message encourages agents to review their email promptly. In the event that the listing issue is not addressed on the same day, our staff will follow up with a live phone call. The iCheck system will continue its automated notifications for any detected listing issues.

This initiative aims to enhance the accuracy of data within our PACMLS system and better serve our members and subscribers with important notifications. It is a direct response to concerns and requests expressed by our members. We believe that this improvement in our notification process will positively contribute to maintaining the most accurate data for all PACMLS Subscribers.
NEW PARAGON CONNECT MOBILE APP
Available for both Android and Apple devices: The Paragon native app is available from the app stores on both Android and Apple devices. There is no cost to download. The app is provided as a member benefit for all PACMLS Subscribers. Exclusive to Agents: Paragon Connect serves as an essential tool to assist with managing Paragon data. It seamlessly collaborates with the Collaboration Center and various third-party integrations. Advanced Data Analytics: This tool captures data directly from authentic buyers, allowing sellers to gain insights into the Paragon ecosystem. It furnishes information on the number of buyers within a specified radius, site traffic, and levels of interest, potentially guiding sellers in making informed price adjustments. Unified Database: Paragon Connect operates on the exact same data as Paragon. Any modifications made in Paragon Connect will be reflected in Paragon, and vice versa. Client-Focused: Offering detailed analytics, Paragon Connect keeps agents informed about the frequency of site views for sellers, preferred listings by buyers, and provides deeper insights into buyer and seller activities. Quick Searches: As many of you are aware, when HomeSnap retired their app and moved to the Homes.com platform, we lost the “home-snap” feature, which allowed users to pull up information about a listing immediately, while standing in front of the property. With Paragon Connect, we have the Near Me icon, which effectively performs the same function; pulling up listing information with respect to your immediate location, using your devices GPS. NEW VERSION OF THE LAW OF REAL ESTATE AGENCY PAMPHLET Titled, “Real Estate Brokerage in Washington”. The pamphlet is available in ZipForm and also Paragon (through the MLS Documents library – link at the top of Paragon).
