Child Rapists In Texas Schools (Continued from Page 37)
Critics warned of dire consequences for chil- dren. “Enablers and the act of enabling cause significant harm that has two primary conse- quences: perpetrators continue perpetrating, and victims fail to receive protection from those best positioned to protect them,” explained Uni- versity of Utah law professor Amos Guiora with the Bystander Initiative, which focuses on the role of bystanders and enablers of sexual as- saults. This crisis must be urgently dealt with by law- makers, he added. “This is a vicious cycle with no path to resolution absent legislative action,” continued Guiora in an emailed statement sent to The Newman Report. “Doing so would more effectively protect the vulnerable by minimizing the protection enablers provide to perpetra- tors.” Recent efforts to pass legislation punishing misbehaving teachers were shot down thanks to behind-the-scenes efforts of teachers’ union bosses and lobbyists. But now, a growing coali- tion of parents, activists, and lawmakers have had enough. In fact, the attorney general’s of-

summer, the epidemic of child sex abuse in government schools has been a problem for decades. In fact, estimates based on govern- ment data suggest many millions of children have been sexually abused and exploited by school faculty. The numbers make sex abuse scandals involving the Roman Catholic Church seem minor by comparison. In 2004, the U.S. Department of Education released the most comprehensive review of the data on sex crimes by educators against chil- dren. The “Shakeshaft Report,” authored by Carol Shakeshaft based on a survey of existing research, found that about one in ten children were victims of sexual misconduct by govern- ment school staff. Over a third of the victims were below high-school age. More recent estimates suggest the numbers are even higher, though the department has stopped tracking the numbers — probably be- cause it fears Americans would revolt if they knew how bad the problem was. If those con- clusions from the 2004 report were correct, that means tens of millions of American children
have been sexually abused, raped, molested, or attacked by government-school employees in recent decades. The Open Records Project, the group leading the effort to expose Texas’ scandalous teacher-protection system, was launched in 1997. The mission was to improve government by making public documents available for free online. The organization has exposed fraud, abuse, and more in its many years of opera- tions, and has scored big wins. But this effort to stop the abuse of children may be among its most important projects to date. The fact that government schools even in conservative states are deliberately protecting and enabling child rapists should show parents clearly that these institutions are not safe. Ob- viously, reforms are needed — immediately. But unfortunately, this scandal is merely a symptom of a much deeper rot that permeates the system from top to bottom. Small-scale re- forms are not enough. It is time for drastic, sys- temic change.
Sources in Texas who work in the legislature and in law enforcement told The Newman Re- port that this situation was unacceptable, and that it was time to fix it. As such, lawmakers are considering multiple pieces of legislation that would mandate reporting to law enforcement, in addition to the state teacher certification agency. One simple bill would simply change the “or” to “and,” thereby requiring reporting to police. The scandal in Texas comes amid national outrage surrounding the “grooming” taking place in government schools. From school- books for children glorifying monstrous perver- sion to “comprehensive sex education” seeking to normalize every conceivable sex act, gov- ernment schools have been sexualizing chil- dren in increasingly extreme ways for years. Critics note that these are similar to tactics used by pedophiles to groom victims.

Natural Families - The Best Practice
By JR Harrison, Natural Family Foundation March 2025 Sometimes the past holds the key to our fu- ture and so it goes with today’s American Fam- ily, and I use that term (“family”) cautiously. For example, when we speak of the family, we generally refer to it as
So, instead of going back to the future, maybe we ought to look more at what our end goal should be versus pondering about the process of getting there, especially from a historical perspective. That is because when we have a vision/goal in mind, the process becomes a natural result, cultural differ- ences and the times notwithstanding. But is there such a vision, a time honored and evidence-based best practice that has actually proven to fortify the family? One that we can also rely on to guarantee the longevity of a nation ? History records that whatever process we use to get there the very best end result consists of a fam- ily institution that contains: “The union of one biological born man and one biological born woman in a lifelong, committed, monogamous relationship, with their children, bio- logical or adopted.” This being a family that is sup- ported by nature making it a “Natural Family.” When nations forget this historical proven family foundation, choose to alter it or try to reinvent it, they inevitably find themselves in the dump heap of past societies, end of story. That leaves America with a choice. We can use this proven Natural Fam- ily vision to our advantage or know that if we “ignore (the) history of the past” when it comes to the fam- ily, “we will be doomed to repeat it.” NaturalFamilyStrong.com Tel: 614-918-8228
being a Traditional family, Modern family or how about that “oldie but goodie,” Nuclear family? So is there really any difference in any of them in this day and age? Let’s take the Nuclear family for example, a term we conservatives like to attach ourselves to, not recognizing that there has been a drastic change in its meaning and practice. It seems that modern day man, in our never ending desire to avoid of- fending or hurting someone’s feelings, have had to develop a new and improved version of the “Nu- clear” family. A family definition that is now less of- fensive/more diverse and as a result is simply defined as “consisting of a pair of adults and their socially recognized children”...opening the door for God only knows what! With the advent of IVF and perhaps with the fu- ture development of the family possibilities aided by Artificial Intelligence, it is hard to imagine what future parenting, or for that matter children, might
look like. Currently we can choose not only how many parents a child can have or what they identify as but the child’s characteristics as well. This is a far cry from a family defined by the “laws of nature and nature’s God.” In days past, the process of forming the family used to be quite different from today’s helter-skelter relationships especially when it comes to intimacy and commitment. For example in the 1950s, dating etiquette consisted of the idea that “your family would actually meet and approve of the people you know,” especially a boyfriend or girlfriend when it came to the parents. Dinner dating was the thing
at the time with women never paying for a dinner and premarital sex a definite no, no. Men would open doors for women and etc. etc. etc. Well “we’ve come a long way baby,” but sadly in the wrong direction. Yes we have certainly evolved when it comes to the family but as with all matter(s), the second law of thermodynamics eventually takes over bringing along with it disorder. Today’s Modern/Traditional/Nuclear family is quite frankly an absolute mess and trending downward with too many children, if they manage to escape the hands of an abortionist, being found in abusive situations.
