in the notice of the meeting at which such amendments are to be considered. In addition, these By-laws may be amended, altered or repealed at any regular meeting of the Board at which there is a majority of all members of the Board present; provided that (a) such amendment, alteration or repeal shall be approved by the affirmative vote of all members of the Board present; and (b) prior to the adjournment of said meeting no member of the Board shall ask for a reconsideration of the vote. If a reconsideration of the vote is requested, the amendment may be considered at a subsequent regular meeting of the Board or at a special meeting of the Board called for that purpose.
