o When a player has the opportunity to ride double in a cart, but chooses to ride as an individual in a single cart, a surcharge will be added to the regular cart fee. CART/CADDIE/CARRY RULES South and North Courses: 1. Members may choose to take a caddie, carry their own bag, utilize a pull cart, or take a golf cart at any time a group is comprised entirely of members. 2. In a group with guests (except junior-junior guests), between April 1 and December 15, the hosting member and their guest(s) must take a golf cart or caddie. Caddies must be reserved 48 hours in advance. 3. Additionally, for groups with two or more regular guests, all players in the group must utilize a caddie. Players may walk with a caddie or ride in a golf cart with forecaddie when available. Caddies must be reserved 48 hours in advance. 4. During adverse weather conditions, when the use of golf carts on the South Course is impractical, members and guests will be permitted to carry their own bag or use a pull cart if caddies are not available. Members are responsible for trolley fees when applicable. CADDIE PROGRAM Taking a caddie to play golf is a rich tradition of the game. The caddie program at Wilmington is focused on providing a traditional caddie experience for our members, and we encourage member support of the program. Caddies should be reserved 48 hours in advance, utilizing the ClubUp app to hire a caddie directly, or by emailing Zac Woods at zwoods@wilmingtoncc.com, for assistance. When calling the Golf Shop for guest play, the Golf Shop will make caddie arrangements for the group.

The MSM can suggest what would be appropriate payment for each caddie.

HOLE-IN-ONE PROGRAM All members, age 21 and over, who hold a handicap at Wilmington Country Club are automatically enrolled in the Hole-in-One program. At the end of the Golf Season those members are billed for an equal share of the Hole-in-One expenses. For each Hole-in-One, members present on the day of the Hole-in- One are entitled to one complimentary drink in the Pub 37 . The member who achieves the Hole-in-One will receive a framed picture of the hole, or Golf Shop credit. Members who are under 21 may purchase a framed picture of the hole to commemorate the achievement. A Hole-in-One is defined as holing your first shot from any tee on one of the eight regulation Par 3’s at Wilmington, during the course of a 9- or 18-hole round.
