St. Mary’s Adult Medical Day Care is for adults 17 and older who require additional assistance with medications or injection administration, assistance with eating or toileting, treat wounds or monitor other medical needs. Senior Center Plus is a program for those 50 years and older who need minimal assistance with activities of daily living and possibly need supervision during the day.

St. Mary’s Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and respite care facility. Our 160-bed center is located in beautiful St. Mary’s County. We coordinate our residents’ care through their personal physician and our medical staff. Our full-time Activities Director and her staff offer daily activities for the residents.
Winter Growth is a community where seniors and adults with disabilities can continue to learn and grow. We provide affordable services tailored to the individual abilities, interests, and life stories our clients bring to our community. Our unique combination of Assisted Living/Memory Care and Adult Medical Day Care in the same space creates an environment that is able to support seniors and adults with disabilities in achieving their highest potential for independence, dignity, and life satisfaction.
