Shelby Harvey has over 6 years of experience in the AEC industry, and is currently the Talent Development & HR Lead at BHC, a civil engineering consulting firm in Over - land Park, KS. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Communication from the University of Central Missouri and has her MBA with an emphasis in HR Management from Baker University. She has a passion for promoting professional growth and de- velopment, which has led her to become a certified CliftonStrengths coach, as well as manage BHC’s summer internship program. Shelby is also a co-lead of BHC’s DEI committee.
