Alicia Albini is the Director of Large-Scale Residential Development at WithersRavenel. She has nearly 30 years of experience in the AEC industry, starting her career in Land Surveying, then transitioning to Land Development and managing both residential and nonresiden- tial projects from design through construction. Over the last six years she has worked as a Project Manager for one of the largest developments on the East Coast, a 7,000-acre mas- ter-planned development of up to 22,000 residential units and 22 million gross square feet of nonresidential uses. Alicia takes pride in not only helping to develop the major infrastructure for this project, but also in creating a community which provides a live, work, and play experi- ence. Alicia is currently leading a group of junior and senior engineers and managers, designers, and CAD technicians. She has a unique ability to develop a customized approach to organi- zational and team structure based on individual talents, while building and strengthening a team unit focused on delivering an exceptional client experience. Her passion and mindset for personal and professional growth and continuous improvement sets her apart as a valu- able coach, mentor, and leader who encourages and empowers others to achieve and ex- ceed their goals.
When not working, Alicia is often behind an easel, painting anything related to nature. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 dogs, and 2 parrots.
