The municipal panel, moderated by Dallas BA Executive Officer Phil Crone will delve into the priorities for and issues impacting some of the most active cities in the area. Confirmed speakers include development services staff from the cities of Dallas and Ir - ving with others from fast-growing suburbs to be confirmed soon. In addition to Hotchkiss, Perma Pier will also be a program partner.

Industry Summit, presented by Hotch- kiss Insurance, will feature two im- pactful panels with builders and devel- opers from all parts of the construction industry and development services officials from area municipalities. The focus of both discussions will be their outlook for 2023 and what issues will define the Dallas area’s economy and construction industry in the weeks and months to come.
