Firm breaks ground in supply-constrained South Jersey Doors & Spaces initiates construction on a 30,000 s/f small-bay industrial project in Egg Harbor Twp.

GG HARBOR TWP., NJ — To address an acute shortage of state- of-art, functional commercial space in South Jersey, Doors & Spaces Industrial (Doors & Spaces) has initiated con- struction on a 30,000 s/f small- bay industrial project in Egg Harbor Twp. The 108 E. Pkwy. Dr. ground-up development creates a premier operational hub for Atlantic County’s thriv- ing small business community by delivering flexible, profes - sionally managed space to a submarket long dominated by aging inventory. “This project reflects our firm commitment to backing local businesses that power South Jersey’s economy,” said Brian Whitmer , co-founder and managing partner of Doors & Spaces. “Egg Harbor Town- ship’s favorable demographics, expanding commercial density and superior highway connec- tivity make it an ideal hub for small-bay users. Once completed, each bay will offer a move-in-ready con- figuration of a private office, restroom and warehouse area, providing tenants with an environment that combines functionality with professional presentation. International Airport. First Bank provided construction financing for the project. GWG is serving as the general contractor, while Whitney Development is man- aging the development. In other news, Doors & Spaces is moving forward with two intentionally designed, ground-up small-bay indus- trial developments in Liver- pool, NY, a suburb of Syracuse. Spanning a combined 35,000 s/f, the multi-tenant single- story buildings are purpose engineered to meet market demand from Central New

York State businesses, sup- pliers and service providers. The larger of the two de- velopments, situated at 112 Monarch Dr., spans 24,000 s/f and features 16 individual bays averaging 1,500 s/f each. The facility is tailored to ac- commodate local-trade con- tractors, light-manufacturing users, specialized service pro- viders and regional logistics companies. Nearby at 100 Wrentham Dr., construction is also pro- gressing on a 10,500 s/f facility offering eight flexible bays of 1,313 s/f each. MAREJ
