In Plains Twp., Toastee Bagels leased 2,446 s/f of retail end-cap space at 1329 Rte. 315 within a develop- ment owned by Norsec Re- alty Partners . The location opened on January 9, 2026. Anthony Baldo of Hinerfeld Coffee Inclusive, a program of PA Inclusive, employs indi- viduals with diverse abilities and autism who work side by side with experienced baristas and servers in a supportive,
represented the property owner in the transaction. The Plains Towp. location is part of Toastee Bagels’ con- tinued expansion throughout Northeastern PA.
