Annual Meeting. On September 9, 2026, the Commercial Industrial Realty Council members voted to adopt newly Amended and Restated Bylaws and elect eight (8) directors to a new two-year term. The Board will now consist of 15 members. Reelected were: Bart Mackey, Cushman & Wakefield USA; Carmen Facciolo, NAI Emory Hill; Thomas Harvey, IV, Harvey, Hanna & As- sociates; Robert Stenta, Cushman & Wakefield USA; Michael Hahn, 44 Business Capital; and Pamela Scott, Esq., Saul Ewing, LLP. Newly elected were Brian Hopkins, CBRE, Inc. and Jeff Shahan, SB Real Estate, LLC.
