NOTES: Sound, athletic, and quick-footed, Padme has natural ability and a forward- moving feel under saddle. She knows her leads, likes to move out, and has potential as a using, ranch, or performance horse with more time and training. She is still green and is not for a beginner. She stands well for the vet, farrier, saddling, and bridling, loads well, and is friendly and easy to catch. She enjoys being brushed and messed with. She has had ropes swung off her, dragged smaller logs, and been ridden around cattle and dogs. Vices: Padme may paw or hop around when tied and can throw in a crow hop when fresh. We lunge her briefly if she has been sitting. Previous owners bred her easily, but she experienced a difficult foaling and required sutures at the U of M. She currently has Caslicks in.
