Mr. Sherrie m~vecl. to amend Mr . Cherkauer's motion that the cncumbcnt resident directors be given a year's notice that the allowances f'o--..· food will be continued for only one more fiscal year . Hearine no second, the President declared that the motion as amcnued was lost • . Then, Mr • . Weaver moved that the secretar-J in Btnrknt Affairs and the Residence Hall food allowances be continued for only one more fiscal year . Motion carried by a vote of 5 in favor ; others abstaining . Mr . Sherrie moved the adoption of the Coll ege Support Butlccl; with the dropping of the $500 student part-time help item for the fiscal year 1968-69 and the continuing of the Gecretary in Student Affairs and the food al lowances to the rcs:i.dence hall directors for one more fiscal year oniv . Mr . Weaver seconded and the motion carried by a vote of 6 - l; others abstaining. Mr . Don Cannamela expressed the hope that before the residence hall food allowances are discontinued by the Board that the pay levels of the persons involved be closely examined. President Fretwell and Nr. La Morte will work together to attempt to upgrade the Resident Director positions in order to obtain the most qualified employees. Mr. Balcer ~d to approve the F.S.A.
