-3- April 19, 1966 Mr. Baker, seconded by Mr. LaMorte and unanimously passed to allocate the sum of $2,100.00 from the said F\.md, to be used solely tor educational and musical seminars during the 1966-67 fiscal year. All agreed to Dr. Bulger's suggestion to apprise Mrs. Butler, niece of Mrs. Shattuck, and Mr. Prescott, her attorney, of the action taken and to extend to them the Association's gratitude and an invitation to attend these seminars. Mr. Johnson requested the Board engage Robert P. Schermerhorn and Company, Certified Public Accountants, to audit the F.S.A. books for 1965-66. Discussion followed a.s to the practicality and advisability of having the same company audit our books year after year. Mr. Johnson pointed out that Schermerhorn and Comp~ have done exemplary work in the past. Arter :tull discussion, Mr. Robison moved to engage Schermerhorn and Company to audit the F.S.A. books for 1965-66. The motion was seconded by Mr. Baker and unanimously passed. The 190th meeting of the Faculty-Student Association Board of Directors was adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
