Individual impact Boosting teachers’ confidence
We take a proactive role in collaborating with schools, teachers and students to improve learning results and help teachers with pedagogy and technology.
Improving teaching capabilities
K-9 teachers from South Africa participated in a case study looking into teachers’ confidence when teaching coding. The findings show that after the teacher training, teachers still need to find their own way of teaching coding. Support after the training becomes a key element for success.
Based on recent studies, our training and classroom books significantly improve teachers’ pedagogical and technological skills . Subject knowledge and ability to create projects with digital tools is where we observe the biggest improvements.
Big boost to student skills In spring of 2024, we looked into the impact of our digital skills and coding-related courses on high school students. The participants took a 5-day Coding and Entrepreneurship skills course. We measured the change in their coding and self- assessed collaboration skills. The participants’ coding skills had increased by 60% and self-assessed collaboration skills by 78%.
+60% Coding skills +78% Collaboration skills
After the training, teachers do not always feel comfortable about their ability to teach complex digital skills. Their confidence rises significantly after the first lesson in the classroom. This proves that practice is the most important element of training, even when it comes to teaching. We do not leave teachers in the lurch after the training but ensure that they get the best support and teaching resources when they begin classroom implementation.

Based on recent data from our own surveys and external studies, our training services significantly improve pedagogical and technological skills in all teachers . We see the most noticeable improvement in subject knowledge and the ability to create projects with digital tools in those teachers who are at the beginning of their careers.
