ON-CAMPUS HOUSING Housing information, including floor plans, rates and meal plan options, can be found on the university website at prescott.erau.edu/campus-life/housing . To complete the housing contract, submit the $300 housing deposit online at erau.edu/deposit and complete the contract through ERNIE > Tools > All Tools > Housing and Meal Plans. Both your deposit and contract must be submitted for you to secure on-campus housing. When room assignments have been made, a confirmation of your assignment will be emailed to your Embry-Riddle email account. Be sure to read the housing terms and conditions. ON-CAMPUS HOUSING & MEAL PLAN REQUIREMENT Embry-Riddle requires all first-year students who have graduated high school within 12 months of matriculation to live in on-campus housing for their first 2 full consecutive academic years, to include fall and spring semesters of each academic year, and purchase a designated meal plan. Embry-Riddle requires all second-year students who have graduated high school within 24 months of matriculation to live in on-campus housing for their first full academic year, which includes the fall and spring semester, and purchase a designated meal plan. Housing for students not required to live on campus may be made available as space permits. Students who start at Embry-Riddle in the Spring semester of their first academic year will have that semester count as year one of the two-year requirement. Once students complete their second academic year in housing, they will transition to non-required student status. FINANCIAL AID If you have filed your 2026-2027 FAFSA and have not received a confirmation of financial aid offered to you, please contact the Financial Aid Office as soon as possible. All aid awarded to you should be confirmed before your arrival on campus. The Financial Aid Office can be reached by calling 1.833.783.0397 or emailing prfinaid@erau.edu .
STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES Refer to prescott.erau.edu/admissions/estimated- costs or if you have ERNIE access, please refer to Departments > Student Financial Services > Prescott. Remember — Fall 2026 payment deadline is Friday, August 14, 2026. To secure your classes, payment in full or enrollment in a payment plan is required by this date. Failure to do so may result in one or more of your classes being canceled. You can view your account balance by logging into ERNIE and navigating to Open Wallet > Manage Student Finances. To grant access for parents to view your educational records, please set them up as an Auxiliary User. To grant access to your financial account, which includes making payments, please add them as an Authorized User . Find directions for both by logging into ERNIE and navigating to Departments > Student Financial Services > Forms and Training Guides.

If you are registering for classes or obtaining other goods and services provided through the university, know that Student Financial Services provides all financial account information using the Student Homepage in ERNIE. Student Financial Services will also send important notices to you via your Embry-Riddle email account. It is your responsibility to review your Embry-Riddle student account status, check your email account regularly and make payments by the published due dates.
