HYDRATE FOR PEAK PERFORMANCE Prescott’s dry climate and high altitude can lead to dehydration faster than you might expect — especially on Move-In Day. As you’re hauling boxes and getting settled, remember to drink plenty of water. Watch for signs of dehydration like fatigue, dizziness, headaches and nausea. Around here, carrying a water bottle is basically part of the dress code — consider it your new favorite accessory. Luckily, bottle-filling stations are located all across campus.
