Improve completion rates of EDI training among staff and reporting of progress.

Provide an annual update on completion to SH and HoGs in line with PDR timings. Reinforce the importance of EDI training in induction materials. Improve consistency of data recording from the Central team.

Rationale: 53% of staff have completed the EDI training since 2017/18. Whilst this more than doubled since our last submission, we would still aspire to have a greater % of staff complete the EDI training.
