and approve the timesheet before submitting it for payroll processing. In the event of an error in reporting time, employees must immediately report the problem to the Supervisor or timekeeping manager.
Note: Altering, falsifying, and tampering with time records, omitting or not reporting time worked, or recording time on another employee’s time record will also be a violation of this policy.
Non-exempt employees receive overtime pay (i.e., 1.5 times their regular rate of pay) for any hours worked over 40 hours in a workweek. DAS uses a 7-day workweek from Sunday to Saturday. All overtime work must be pre-approved by an employee’s Supervisor. While unauthorized overtime must still be reported and will be paid, failure to request and receive pre-approval for the overtime work will be a violation of this policy.
I certify that I have read and understand the DAS Acquisition Company, LLC Timekeeping and Overtime Policy and will comply with all provisions of the Policy. I understand that any violation of this policy will result in discipline, up to and including immediate termination of employment.
