Try this simple exercise to help you feel better... Always consult your physical therapist or physician before starting exercises you are unsure of doing.

Good for those who sit for a majority of the day

Hip Flexion- Inner Range Sit in a chair with good posture. Position your feet flat on the floor, knees and hips at 90 degrees. Maintaining good posture, lift your knee as high off the chair as you can. Do this 5-8 times on each side.
