Staying Clean! Gardens Dental Care, like most dental offices, has used sterilization techniques for many years, and what we do now is really no different. All the instruments we use in our operatory are thoroughly sterilized, and any disposable materials are properly disposed of after each patient.
Obviously, with the COVID-19 outbreak, we are going above and beyond. In addition to a continued routine in sterilization, we are wiping down and sanitizing every surface in our office throughout the day. As an extra precaution, we’re also having our patients pre-rinse with hydrogen peroxide mix when they’re seated in the chair. We also have a system called REME Halo in both of our suites that is part of our air circulation system. REME Halo kills 99% of bacteria, germs, and viruses in the air and on all surfaces. We’ve been using this system for years and are not the only ones to take advantage of this protection; schools, hotels, hospitals, government buildings, and homes have also benefited from REME Halo. Through this protection and our many procedures, our patients can feel safe and comfortable in Gardens Dental Care as they continue to rely on our services. Please remember we are open for any dental emergency during the COVID-19 outbreak.
