123 TABLES — USE CATEGORIES BY ZONING DISTRICT A. In the descriptions of various Zoning District contained in Sections 5-102 through 5-118 of these Zoning Regulations, lists of certain Permitted, Special, and Conditional Uses transfer in their entirety to less restrictive districts which follow. For example, the list of Special Uses for the SF-2 Single-family Residential /Medium Density District begins with "1. Any special use allowed in the SF-1 District , except for SF-2 permitted uses." The blue arrows in the adjacent table show the general pattern of how use categories transfer to other less-restrictive districts. Uses transfer from the zone in which an arrow begins to any following zones which have an arrowhead. See Sections 5-102 through 5-118 of these Zoning Regulations for specific exceptions and additions which may apply in each District. B. The tables which follow, in Sections 5-123 C & D, are provided for user convenience. They consolidate information from Articles 4 through 8 of these Zoning Regulations, providing a concise overview of which uses are allowed in which zoning districts. Uses are listed in alphabetical order. 1. In case of a discrepancy between the tables in Section 5-123 C & D, and the text of Articles 4 through 8 of these Zoning Regulations, the text governs.
