2. Seasonal retail sales. a. Produce stands for the sale of agricultural products are permitted in any agricultural, business or industrial district, for a period not to exceed 120 days during any calendar year. b. Temporary plant nurseries are permitted in any business or industrial district, for a period not to exceed 120 days during any calendar year. (1) Yard and setback requirements do not apply to temporary plant nursery displays, as long as they are located more than 30 feet from the curb line intersection of any two streets. c. Fireworks may be sold from an outside stand during the months of June and July, in business or industrial districts only. (1) Fireworks stands must be removed at all other times of the year. (2) Fireworks stand locations must be approved by the Governing Body. (3) Fireworks sales must comply with applicable State law, and all other applicable City regulations for a permit must be met. d. Holiday tree sales are permitted in any business or industrial district, and at nonprofit institutions in any residential district, during the months of November and December. (1) Yard and setback requirements do not apply to holiday tree displays, as long as trees are located more than 30 feet from the curb line intersection of any two streets. (2) Holiday tree sales locations must be approved by the Governing Body.

3. Garage or yard sales may be conducted periodically. a. Garage or yard sales must not exceed 3 days in length, during any one sale. b. No more than 2 garage or yard sales are permitted at the same dwelling during any calendar year. 4. Community Events. Temporary use permits for carnivals, circuses, musical festivals, annual celebrations, art and folk festivals, farmers' markets, food truck rallies, or similar community events may be approved with conditions by the Governing Body. a. Bulk and lot size requirements do not apply to these uses, as long as structures or equipment which might block the view of motor vehicle operators on public streets are located more than 30 feet from the curb line intersection of any two streets. 5. Contractors' office and equipment sheds which do not contain sleeping or cooking accommodations, and are accessory to a construction project, are permitted only during the duration of the construction project. 6. Nonprofit recycling centers which provide adequate provisions for public health and safety may be periodically operated. a. Nonprofit recycling centers may be permitted only in business or industrial districts. b. Nonprofit recycling centers may operate for no more than 10 days in one period. c. Nonprofit recycling centers may be operated no more than 3 times during any 12-month period.
