E. Home Occupations Prohibited. Home occupations which are not permitted include, but are not limited to, the following examples: 1. Animal kennel, animal clinic or hospital, or stable. 2. Child care center or preschool, unless specifically permitted by the zoning district's regulations. 3. Construction contractor's shop, or storage of construction materials or heavy equipment. 4. Vehicle repair shop. 5. Vehicle sales which exhibit a pattern of regular or continuous sales. This provision does not prevent the occasional sale of a vehicle which has been owned and operated for personal use. a. A person holding a State Vehicle Dealer's License may not operate as a home occupation.
