c. Maintain records of all zoning permits and occupancy certificates . d. Maintain copies of applications and records of hearing for special uses, appeals, variances, and conditional uses. 6. Make information available to help the public understand and comply with these Zoning Regulations. a. Make current Zoning Regulations and the Zoning Map available to the public. b. Provide administrative forms and explanations of procedures , to assist Applicants, and to help efficiently process zoning cases considered by the Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, and Governing Body. D. D uties of City Clerk. 1. The City Clerk must maintain at least one copy of current Zoning Regulations, which are adopted by ordinance as a model code. a. The copy of the Zoning Regulations must be marked by the City Clerk as "Official Copy as Incorporated by Ordinance No. ___". b. A copy of the incorporating ordinance must be attached to the Zoning Regulations. c. The copy of the Zoning Regulations must be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours. d. According to Kansas statute K.S.A. 12-3010, the copy of the Zoning Regulations must have all sections or portions intended to be omitted clearly marked to show such omissions, or show the sections, articles, chapters, parts or portions that are incorporated, as the case may be.

2. The City Clerk must maintain at least one copy of each previously adopted set of Zoning Regulations, as an archive of the City's history of Zoning. 3. The City Clerk must supply official copies of these Zoning Regulations to the police department, court, Zoning Administrator, and any other City administrative department charged with the enforcement of these Zoning Regulations. a. Copies must be supplied at the cost of the City. b. Copies must be marked by the City Clerk as "Official Copy as Incorporated by Ordinance No. ___". c. Copies must have subsequent amendments to these Zoning Regulations attached. 4. The City Clerk must provide clerical assistance to the Governing Body , to facilitate and record the actions of the Governing Body in the exercise of their duties relating to these Zoning Regulations. E. Administrative Adjustments. The Zoning Administrator has the authority to allow adjustments to the zoning requirements for a property, within the limits described in this Section 10-100E. 1. Application. An application for an administrative adjustment must be submitted to the Zoning Director by the property owner, along with any applicable fee.
