4. If the subject property is inside the city limits and ADJACENT to the city limits boundary , then the owner of a property must be notified if their property is: a. Inside the city limits, and any part of it is within 200 feet of the subject property b. Outside the city limits, and any part of it is within
5. If the subject property is outside the city limits and less than 1000 feet from the city limits line , then the owner of a property must be notified if their property is: a. Outside the city limits, and any part of it is within 1000 feet of the subject property. b. Inside the city limits, and any part of it is within 200 feet of the city limits line, between the points at which a line or arc delineating an area 1000 feet from the subject property intersects the city limits line.
