10. Lot numbers , beginning with number 1 and numbered consecutively within each block. 11. Streets. a. Right-of-way width, centerline, and location of any existing adjacent streets . b. Right-of-way and width of any street or part of a street dedicated by the plat . c. Name of every street shown on the plat, including prefixes and suffixes. 12. Denote all easements with dashed lines, and clearly identify them. a. Note the recorded reference of existing easements. (1) If an existing easement is not definitely recorded, include a statement showing its width, its purpose, and sufficient ties to locate it relative to the subdivision. b. If an easement is being dedicated through the plat, reference it properly in the Owner's Certificate and Dedication (see Subdivision Regulations, Section 6-108B-17d) . 13. Minimum front yard building setbacks , which must not be less than required by applicable Zoning Regulations. a. Measure setbacks from the existing or proposed street right-of-way, whichever is a greater distance.
14. Distinguish land parcels dedicated or reserved for any public or private purpose from zoning lots or parcels intended for sale. (See definitions of DEDICATION and RESERVE.) a. Table of Reserves and Uses. Include a table listing each reserved parcel, and the uses for which it is reserved.

For each lot or parcel of land which is adjacent to a major drainageway, show the minimum low opening elevation necessary to be 2 feet above the 1% annual chance flood elevation of major drainage ways. (See definition of MINIMUM LOW OPENING.)
