ATV: Acronym for a ll terrain vehicle. Any motorized nonhighway vehicle weighing no more than 1500 pounds, traveling on 3 or more nonhighway tires, and no more than 50 inches wide.
BASEMENT: That portion of a building located wholly or partially underground, but having more than 1/2 of its clear floor-to-ceiling height below the average grade of the adjoining ground.

AUTOCYCLE: A type of motorcycle with 3-wheels, a steering wheel as opposed to handlebars, and seating that does not require the operator to sit astride.

BED AND BREAKFAST HOME : Operating as a home occupation , a single-family dwelling where the resident owner or resident manager provides lodging to guests for periods of less than 30 consecutive days , in exchange for compensation, with or without meals. BED AND BREAKFAST INN: Operating as a business enterprise , a dwelling where the on-site owner or manager provides lodging to guests for periods of less than 30 consecutive days , in exchange for compensation, with or without meals. 1. When specifically permitted, a small restaurant or cafe where light refreshments are served for a limited number of customers may be operated in conjunction with bed and breakfast inns .
