CAMPGROUND: Any parcel or tract of land where sites are offered for transient occupancy by camping in tents, camp trailers, travel trailers, recreational vehicles, motor homes or tiny houses on wheels. 1. Does not include sales lots on which unoccupied camping trailers, recreational vehicles, or tiny houses on wheels, whether new or used, are parked for the purpose of storage, inspection or sale. CANOPY, ENTRANCE: A roof-like cover attached to and projecting from a wall of a building, also supported by columns or posts, which is intended to protect a building entrance, sidewalk, drive-in establishment or drive-through facility from sun and rain.
CAPACITY IN PERSONS: The maximum number of persons that can make use of the services or goods of an establishment, at any one time, with reasonable comfort. CARPORT: A roofed structure, independent of or attached to a building, open on at least 2 sides, and intended to provide permanent parking space and shelter for at least one motor vehicle. 1. Under Section 3-102G1 of these Zoning Regulations, carports are not permitted obstructions.

CAR WASH: An establishment with facilities designed or used exclusively for washing or cleaning motor vehicles.
CANOPY, FREESTANDING: An independent roof-like structure with no sidewalls, supported by posts and intended to shelter a gasoline service area, or for temporary parking and unloading of vehicles.
