MANUFACTURED HOME: See MANUFACTURED HOUSING . MANUFACTURED HOUSING: Structures designed to be used as a dwelling, which are built on a permanent chassis, are transportable in one or more sections, may or may not be installed on a permanent foundation, and include plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems. 1. This term includes three categories of manufactured housing: manufactured homes, residential-design manufactured homes, and mobile homes. (See Zoning Regulations, Section 4-105 on Manufactured Housing.) 2. This term does not include self-propelled recreational vehicles. (See RECREATIONAL VEHICLE.) MANUFACTURED/MOBILE HOME PARK: Any lot, parcel, or tract of land held in single control or ownership, which has been planned and improved to support the placement of manufactured or mobile homes, where individual portions of land are leased for the placement of manufactured or mobile homes used as a primary residence. 1. Sales. This definition does not include a sales area on which new or used unoccupied manufactured or mobile homes are parked for purposes of storage, inspection or sale, unless approved as a conditional use by the Board of Zoning Appeals. However, a manufacture or mobile home may remain on a leased space within a manufactured/ mobile home park for purposes of sale by the resident owner. MARGINAL ACCESS STREET/ROAD: See FRONTAGE ROAD. MARQUEE: See THEATRICAL MARQUEE.
MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT: Equipment, devices and accessories used for purposes relating to water supply, drainage, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and the like. MEDICAL, DENTAL, OR HEALTH CLINIC: A non-emergency facility for the diagnosis, care and treatment of human beings, operated solely on an outpatient basis by one or more physicians, dentists, optometrists, chiropractors or other licensed practitioners of the healing arts. MICRO UTILITY TRUCK: A motor vehicle which is manufactured with a metal cab, can exceed 40 miles per hour as originally manufactured, is at least 48 inches wide, with a maximum length (including the bumper) of 160 inches, and an unladen weight (including fuel and fluids) of at least 1500 pounds. 1. This term does not include WORK-SITE UTILITY VEHICLES, or RECREATIONAL OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLES.

MINIMUM LOW OPENING: The elevation of the lowest opening (window, door, wall penetration, etc.) where flood waters might enter a habitable structure. It is expressed in city datum or mean sea level. MISCELLANEOUS STRUCTURES: Structures other than buildings, which are visible from public ways. Examples include antennas, fences, walls, sheds, water towers, transformers, kennels, memorials, and drive-through facilities. MOBILE HOME: See MANUFACTURED HOUSING .
