TINY HOUSE: A house with between 200 and 500 square feet of gross floor area, with a foundation, which meets building code requirements and qualifies for a certificate of occupancy, and may be permitted as an accessory dwelling unit. (See ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT.) 1. For the purposes of these regulations, a Tiny House On Wheels (THOW) is considered to be a type of HOUSE TRAILER or RECREATIONAL VEHICLE, and is regulated as such.

TRACT: An area, parcel, site, piece of land, lot or property that is the subject of a development application. (See LOT and PARCEL.) TRAILER: A vehicle without motive power, designed to be towed by a motor vehicle, and to carry goods or passengers wholly on its own structure. 1. See:

a. FARM TRAILER. b. HOUSE TRAILER. c. SEMITRAILER. d. TRAVEL TRAILER.

TRAVEL TRAILER : A vehicle without motive power, designed to be towed by a motor vehicle, and constructed primarily for recreational purposes . (See HOUSE TRAILER.)

TOWNHOUSE: A type of multiple-family dwelling, in which a group of 2 or more attached single-family dwelling units is constructed so that each unit extends from foundation to roof and has open space on at least 2 sides. Also known as a townhome. See MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING.

 Photo: Travel Trailer (example) TREE: A woody perennial plant, deciduous or evergreen, typically with no more than a few main stems or one trunk, which is larger than a shrub. (See ORNAMENTAL TREE and SHADE TREE.) TREE CANOPY: The extent of the outer boundary of branches and leaves, of an individual tree or a group of trees .
