B. Elevation drawings are required, showing the following information: 1. Heights above grade and finished floor elevations of all proposed structures and related existing structures. 2. All exterior signs . C. Two scaled Section Profile drawings through the site are required, showing the following information: 1. Buildings. 2. Lighting fixtures and standards. 3. Signs. D. Materials Samples. Materials samples are required for all major materials visible from public ways, showing kind, color, and texture. 1. All material samples must be keyed to the drawings to show location and area of coverage. 3.3.5 — Application Requirements for Signs A. Ground Signs. 1. Comprehensive Site Plan. In addition to required elements listed in 3.3.3-C, include the following additional information in the Comprehensive Site Plan for ground signs (monument signs, pole or pylon signs): a. Show proposed ingress and egress for the site, including any on-site parking areas, parking spaces, and adjacent driveways.
b. Show all existing buildings to remain and all proposed buildings on the site, and all buildings along the street frontage within 150 feet of the site's boundaries. (1) Note the approximate height of each building. c. Show all existing signs to remain and all proposed signs on the site, and all signs along the street frontage within (a) Note the height of each sign. (b) Note the surface area of each sign in square feet. (c) Show required setbacks from property lines for all signs. (d) Show routing of electrical supply to signs . 2. Sign Drawing. Provide a scaled drawing of each face of each proposed ground sign, showing the following information: a. All dimensions including size of letters and graphics. b. Specifications for sign and frame materials and colors, including structural supports. 150 feet of the site's boundaries. (1) For signs on the project site: c. If a planter box is included in the project, provide details, including construction and materials of box, and plant types, sizes, number, and spacing. 3. Section Profile. Provide a scaled section profile through the site, showing the following information: a. Buildings. b. Lighting standards. c. Landscaping. 4. Sign Landscaping Calculations. Show the area of the sign, the area of the associated landscaped planter bed, and the area of the planter bed as a percentage of the sign's surface area.
(1) Show traffic flow with directional arrows. (2) Show the location of directional signs or other motorist aids, if any.
