A. Application Materials — Submit to Zoning Administrator • All drawings / 14 copies in letter or tabloid size, at least 1 set in color
• Color photos of site and surroundings • Materials and colors / images or samples
• Presentation (optional) / 14 copies in handout format • Digital files (pdf format) of all submitted documents

• Drawn to scale • Bar scale • North arrow 1. Zoning Lot Data a. Project address, legal description, and names of adjacent streets b. Property lines, utility and drainage easements, and building setback lines / with dimensions labeled 2. Hardscape Elements a. Buildings, walls, fences, and A/C condensers b. Street pavement, driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and pedestrian ways c. Parking space count (regular, ADA, and van spaces per lot) d. Overhead and underground utility lines, equipment boxes, and vaults e. Stormwater drainage structures 3. Landscape Elements a. Isolated existing trees, noting those 3"-6" in trunk diameter, and those over 6" b. Existing tree masses, with description of individual trees c. Differentiate between existing trees to be retained and those to be removed d. Proposed plants, shown at mature size, and labeled with number, species, and variety 4. Plant Schedule a.
