Site Plan Review Checklist — APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, EXTERIOR REMODELING, ADDITIONS, AND PARKING LOTS (3.3.4) A. Comprehensive Site Plan — elements to include in addition to those listed in 3.3.3-C 1. Zoning Lot Data a. Zoning district b. Proposed land use c. Gross zoning lot area d. Boundary and elevation of the 1% annual chance flood, if applicable e. Fire lane easements (usually 20 foot wide) f. Vehicle Access Vision Triangles in street yards g.
