Site Plan Review Checklist — APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, EXTERIOR REMODELING, ADDITIONS, AND PARKING LOTS (3.3.4) A. Comprehensive Site Plan — elements to include in addition to those listed in 3.3.3-C 1. Zoning Lot Data a. Zoning district b. Proposed land use c. Gross zoning lot area d. Boundary and elevation of the 1% annual chance flood, if applicable e. Fire lane easements (usually 20 foot wide) f. Vehicle Access Vision Triangles in street yards g. Vision Triangles at street intersections 2. Building Data a. Location and size of all existing buildings to remain on the site b. Location and size of all proposed buildings c.
