S tephanie and Devan Johnston, an aesthetician and permanent makeup artist, founded Beauty Mark Medaesthetics with a shared vision: to create a welcoming, comprehensive space where clients can receive high-quality, science-backed aesthetic treatments. MacDonald, a nurse practitioner, “Our inspiration to become business owners was ingrained in us early on,” MacDonald explains. “After years of working in the industry, we each developed specialties—Devan in permanent makeup and myself in injectables. We had a strong desire to offer comprehensive aesthetic services in a space that truly reflected our values.” That vision became a reality when they launched Beauty Mark, where they now lead a team of highly skilled professionals, including five aestheticians, two registered nurses, and two nurse practitioners. Their goal is to provide a wide range of beauty services in one convenient location, from injectables and skincare treatments to permanent makeup and laser hair removal and intense pulsed light (IPL). While clients have access to all their beauty services in one space, at Beauty Mark, no two treatment plans are the same. “We really encourage new clients to book a consultation,”
