Their dedication and commitment continue to make a positive impact across HAP. Over the past year, the team delivered key initiatives in learning and development, rewards and recognition, employee engagement, internships, employment fairs, and Code of Conduct. They also supported the successful move to our new HQ Dawlia office. I am proud of the team’s efforts and grateful for their continued collaboration. NEXTGEN LEADERS WITH ESLSCA We had the pleasure of investing in our talented team through an impactful Leadership Training Program for NextGen Leaders, delivered in collaboration with Paris ESLSCA Business School and led by the esteemed Eng. Khaled El Kert.
LEADERS AS COACHES PROGRAM This program develops leaders’ coaching capabilities through an interactive group coaching approach. It equips leaders with practical tools to tailor coaching to their teams, strengthen collaboration, build trust, and enhance overall team performance.
