WEBINAR ONE Apprenticeships explained: benefits, costs and how providers help
What’s it about? This webinar will be hosted by Mark Bremner from the training provider, MBKB Group. MBKB delivers both payroll apprenticeship Standards with a team of tutors. He’ll be speaking with Samanatha Mann MAAT MCIPPdip, from the payroll bureau, Armstrong Watson, who have successfully used apprenticeships to train and upskill their employees. Mark and Sam will be sharing their perspectives on the benefits of apprenticeships, while being open about the costs and commitments involved and giving an overview of the whole process from start to end. Who’s it for? All the webinars are open to anyone to join, but this will prove particularly helpful for employers considering taking on apprentices or providing the opportunity for their existing staff.

Webinar two Ask the apprentices: truths, tips and training insights
What’s it about? Getting right to the heart of apprenticeships – the apprentices! This webinar will be hosted by (me!) Leigh-Ann Hart ACIPP, Assessment Team Leader at IPP Education. I’ll be asking apprentices to share the highs, the lows and the lessons learned from throughout their apprenticeship journeys. We’ll have an honest conversation and find out their top tips for studying, how learning blended with their work, what kind of support they received and what’s next on their agenda. Who’s it for? Current or prospective apprentices will gain the most benefit from this one, but it’s also a great chance for managers and mentors to gain better perspectives on how to support their apprentices.

What’s it about? The beautifully diverse world of payroll.
