A public/private program is proposed according to the configuration of the neighborhood and preserving the formal laws specific to the site. Although the existing complex has a neighborhood meeting space (square), it lacks the necessary permeability to attract a greater number of people. The project also seeks to create a smooth transfer between public and private actors, without losing the very intimacy of a housing complex. The jury noted the level shown by the work: “notions of sizing and quality of indoor and outdoor spaces are shown … development of different scales of the project … good graphic presentation”.
Se propone un programa público/privado de acuerdo a la configuración del barrio, manteniendo leyes formales propias del lugar. Si bien el conjunto preexistente contiene un espacio de reunión vecinal (plaza), este carece de la permeabilidad necesaria para congregar un mayor número de personas. El proyecto además busca generar un traspaso fluido entre los actores públicos y privados, sin perder la intimidad propia de un conjunto habitacional. El jurado destacó el nivel mostrado por el trabajo: “Se demuestran nociones de dimensionamiento y calidad de espacios interiores y exteriores. Desarrollo de diferentes escalas de proyecto. Buen desarrollo gráfico”.
