Sergio Larraín García-Moreno was invited to participate in the competition, and later invited Emilio Duhart, Alberto Piwonka and Mario Pérez de Arce into the team. After obtaining the first place, work for the final project began immediately, retaining the general guidelines of the initial proposal, with the stadium placed to the east of the complex and a courtyard open towards the stadium, the east and the magnificent views of the Andes Mountains. The project established a strong relationship between the architects and the school authorities, which extended for half a century, each time with commissions for new stages or the conditioning of old units. With the death or retirement of his original partners, Sergio Larraín G-M and Emilio Duhart, Mario Pérez de Arce remained in charge of the pavilions that completed the complex, in collaboration with Alberto Piwonka until his death. The latest were developed in his private studio.
El invitado a participar en el concurso es Sergio Larraín García-Moreno, quien a su vez invita a Emilio Duhart, Alberto Piwonka y Mario Pérez de Arce al equipo. Tras ganar el primer lugar, comienza inmediatamente el trabajo del proyecto definitivo, que se desarrolla conservando los lineamientos generales del anteproyecto, con el estadio puesto al oriente del conjunto, con un patio abierto hacia el estadio, el oriente y la magnífica vista a la cordillera. El proyecto genera una sólida relación entre los arquitectos y las autoridades del colegio, la cual se prolonga por medio siglo, cada vez con encargos para etapas nuevas o para acondicionamiento de antiguas unidades. Con la muerte o retiro de sus socios originales, Sergio Larraín G-M y Emilio Duhart, Mario Pérez de Arce queda a cargo de los pabellones que completan el conjunto, en colaboración con Alberto Piwonka, hasta su muerte. Los últimos los desarrolla con su oficina particular.
