El primer edificio se concibió como un volumen cúbico de tres pisos construido de acuerdo a la máxima ocupación de la normativa de su época. Se trata de un edificio de reconocida calidad arquitectónica (Baixas y Del Río Arquitectos), constituido por muros de hormigón visto pigmentado, con vanos controlados y un vacío de triple altura que recorre todo el edificio de sur a norte. El nuevo edificio se proyectó de modo que ambos volúmenes sean armónicos y se entiendan como un conjunto de la misma compañía, con el mismo lenguaje de volumen cúbico del edificio existente, con un tratamiento de vanos controlados, con vacíos interiores y con un nuevo material de revestimiento de fachada que respeta la tonalidad y peso del color del edificio existente. The first building was conceived as a cubic three-story volume built to the maximum occupancy according to the zoning regulations of the time. It is a building of acknowledged architectural quality (Baixas y Del Río Architects), consisting of tinted concrete walls with restrained openings and a triple-height void that runs through the building from south to north. The new building was designed to achieve harmony between both volumes and be understood as a compound for the same company, with the same cubic volumetric language of the previous building, discreet openings, interior spatial voids and a new cladding material for the façades that acknowledges the hue and weight of the color of the existing building.
