El Edificio Consistorial se genera debido a la necesidad del municipio de concentrar todas sus destinaciones, antes dispersas, en un solo lugar. La obra fue adjudicada mediante proceso de licitación pública el año 2009 y su construcción se ejecutó durante los años 2012 y 2013. The City Hall Building solved the need of the municipality to concentrate all its previously scattered departments in one place. The project was commissioned through an open bidding process in 2009 and its construction was implemented during 2012 and 2013.
