La cubierta se proyectó con terrazas/quinchos independientes para algunos departamentos del último piso, unidos a través de escaleras desde el balcón. Además se distribuyeron dos terrazas comunes. Así el edificio tiene una quinta fachada que permite darle una expansión a sus usuarios y al entorno una cubierta viva y con matices de pavimento y vegetación. The roof features terraces and private barbecues for some of the top floor apartments, reached via stairs on the balconies. Two common terraces were implemented as well. The building has therefore a fifth façade that provides an expansion to its users, and to the environment a living roof with nuanced paving and green groundcovers.
