Capobianco, SIOR of Markward Group, represents both buyer and seller J.G. Petrucci announces two recent acquisitions in the Lehigh Valley

ETHLEHEM, PA AND ASBURY, NJ — J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. , one of the region’s leading develop- ment and design/build firms, recently announced the acqui- sition of two properties in the Lehigh Valley. 2147 Avenue C, located in the City of Bethlehem, is a 32,000 s/f industrial flex building with a secure, gated, storage yard and excellent access to all major roadways. Mike Capobianco, SIOR of Markward Group , represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction. In Forks Township, J.G. Pe- trucci purchased a 6.6-acre site that is ideal for small industrial flex users seeking easy access to New Jersey. The property is located less than two-miles from the Charles Chrin Inter- change and just minutes from New Jersey. J.G. Petrucci has plans to construct a 55,000 s/f building at the property. The company has a wealth of experience developing proper- ties in Forks Twp. for food manufacturing users such as Bethlehem Sausage Works and Norac Group, USA. Matt Macdonald of Mark- ward Group represented the buyer, 90 Highland LLC. In a separate release, Mark- ward Group announced the sale of a 29,200 s/f industrial warehouse building situated on 2.5+/- acres located at 2811 Emmaus Ave. in Allentown for $1.4 million. Kline represented the seller, Keller Moving and Storage in the transaction. Chip Miers , managing director of Mark- ward Group represented the buyer S.J. Williams Family Partnership. Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service Center currently occupies office space in part of the building and plans to expand. 
