CHEMICAL STORAGE
➢ Chemicals to be stored separately from food, food packaging or other operating equipment.
➢ All chemical to be properly labeled with name of product.
➢ Chemical store must have sufficient racking to allow systematic placement of stocks.
➢ Store to be clean, dry, cool, well lit, ventilated and out of sunlight.
