Production Requirement
• All food processing and packing operations must be carried out in clean, controlled environment.
• Food additives (e.g. preservatives) if in-use needs to adhere to the local regulatory requirements.
• Primary packing must be carried out in a designated, clean food preparation environment.
• Disposable gloves and face masks should be worn during the primary packing process.
• *Traceability challenge should be carried out at minimum once a year for one selected product, records to be available.
