Leadership Commitment is essential to effective SFS execution and must be demonstrated by the Hotel and the SFS Management Team.
This is judged by the number of SFS team meetings held every month, the frequency with which the SFS Management Team attends these meetings, the control exercised by Management to ensure that training and Internal Audits of SFS policies are undertaken with the correct frequency.
This will ensure that the Hotel staff will apply the SFS policies to minimize food safety risk.
