MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT AND CULTURE

Demonstrated commitment include: 1. A minimum of 1 SFS meeting per month with all SFS team members present.

2. SFS Trainings are mandatory and must have been undertaken and comply with the schedule appended below and records of the training subject, attendees and results of test/exam must be on file for 2 years . Hygiene Manager to advise the required training duration. *Temperature / CCP records – 1 year retention. Please check with Hygiene Manager /Hygienist if you want to find out the SFS related document retention period.
