Principles

➢ A clear Corrective Action system with evidence of sign off and approval.

➢ SFS is the responsibility of the SFS Management Team. The team must be able to demonstrate an understanding of all policies and aware if the Hotel and their departments are in compliance.

➢ General Manager must attend SFS meeting quarterly (except for hotels without RM). Resident Manager / Hotel Manager must attend monthly SFS meeting. If hotel fails the external audit, both General Manager and Resident/Hotel Manager must join the monthly meeting until the next external audit occurs.
