RECEIVING INSPECTION
Hotels are required to schedule a Food quality controller at receiving to ensure food arrives in compliance with both food safety and quality.
When food arrives at receiving, the following criteria needs to be verified: ➢ Intact packaging, not damaged (packaging must not be damaged in any way).
*It is critical that product labelling complies with local regulations, e.g. China labelling is quite stringent.
